MBA and MCA, both are master’s degree programs, and choosing one of the two is a big confusion among the students who have completed their BCA course or those who are graduated in B.Sc (IT). Both B.Sc (IT) & BCA, have a technical background, and opting for MCA will take the students to more technical career. On the other hand, MBA in hand will lead the candidates towards leadership, administration and management career.

Well, it depends upon student to student as there is not much difference in the salary packages if the student really deserves. So, you can yourself analyze that where your interest lies and where you can portray your skills in a better manner. If you’re a technology freak or have interest in software and programming then you should go for MCA. On the other side, if you have interest in management and administration and have a leadership quality in you then you can go for MBA. Whatever is the decision, it is completely yours.
